Changing your address permanently on Apple Pay

Sorry about your experience and thank for sharing your solution in the community. Unfortunately the search function in the communities is not very good. This issue gets written about several times a month. I’m sure your post will help fellow community members in the future.

Apple has multiple places that accept addresses and that the start of the confusion, which you noted. I’m going to add other locations just to help other members that see you post, but are looking for additional solutions. 😀

Each card also has an address associated with the account. Please follow this path;

iPhone > Settings > Apple Account (Your Name at top of screen) > Payment & Shipping > tap card to edit > tap Billing address > tap edit (upper right corner of screen) edit necessary changes

iPhone > Settings > Apple Account (Your Name at top of screen) > Payment & Shipping > Shipping Address (edit or delete address)

iPhone > Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Transaction Defaults (scroll down) > Shipping Address > Edit (upper right corner of screen) > either Enter New Shipping Address, add new address or edit/delete addresses

About a week ago I suggested to a fellow user to carefully

look into their Contacts app; as their issue was like yours.

As they had an address issue with their utility payments.

But they had no idea what the 'Contacts' app in iOS or Mac

was, or what it did! So, I traced circles around the idea w/

other links to Support sources; & back again. I suggested

to reference settings in Contact card in their apple product.
