New apple Watch won’t charge

After a couple of weeks with my new watch, my watch decided not to charge anymore.

This is the second time this has happened to me, so I’m trying to figure out where the problem lies. I’m doing all the obvious right things: Apple power cube Apple Watch charger cable which came with phone. Depressed power and crown button for 10 seconds to presumably turn it on and off though that did not present any new information. Still seeing the red lightning bolt with no charging circle around it.

if this was my first time this problem, I would be frustrated. As this is my second time, I’m almost mad. I haven’t taken it into Water. Not that it shouldn’t be able to go there. I haven’t been physically damaging to it. My best option is what? Is anybody else having this problem?
