Adding Apple Music Family Sharing from Android

Hi, I'm trying to add a family member to my family apple music subscription on my android phone but it just keeps prompting me to sign in when I click continue. I reenter my password but then it just goes back to the same screen. Clicking continue again only brings up the same sign in prompt.
