This site can't be reached - is currently unreachable - ERR_CONNECTION_FAILED

When using any browser on my iphone or ipad I get the following error message when trying to reach the following website. http://127.0.0.1:3000/r/W821VLE4/ . I can easily load the same page from my pc laptop and macbook. I am attaching 2 photos. The first is the error message on my iphone. I get the same error message with my ipad. The second picture is the same page loading correctly on my laptop. I am using the same wifi network for all devices. Please help.

http://127.0.0.1:3000/r/W821VLE4/ is not a website. The 127.0.0.1 address is reserved for localhost and 3000 is its port number. That address will not connect to anything beyond your LAN.

There is nothing wrong with your devices. Your PC laptop appears to be configured for a loopback test.

Perhaps you should start from the beginning and describe the reason for your question. Avoid The XY Problem.
