A specific website is loading on my Mac but not on my iphone

Both of my devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, but only my Mac is loading the page I want to visit. My iPhone wont load the exact same page, showing the “server can’t be found” error. What should I do?

This site can't be reached - is currently unreachable - ERR_CONNECTION_FAILED When using any browser on my iphone or ipad I get the following error message when trying to reach the following website. http://127.0.0.1:3000/r/W821VLE4/ . I can easily load the same page from my pc laptop and macbook. I am attaching 2 photos. The first is the error message on my iphone. I get the same error message with my ipad. The second picture is the same page loading correctly on my laptop. I am using the same wifi network for all devices. Please help.
