Front Facing Camera Fuzzy in Snapchat iPhone 13

I've had a brand new iPhone 13 for about 2 months now. I find that in low light environments in the Snapchat App the front facing camera makes my photo fuzzy and grainy. This did not happen whatsoever on my old iPhone XR. I've reported the issue throught bug reporting in the Snapchat App, done at least 4 app updates since submitting the report, but it's still grainy.

Is this just an iPhone 13 issue, or did the Snapchat developers leave a bug in the App? Like I just mentioned, this wasn't a problem on my old iPhone XR.
