Rename folder in iCloud account

I’m called iPhone10 in the car, but I have iPhone14 pro and I’m in Notes. I’m saving a document in android formatting in my my iCloud account folder, but when I went to do so it names folder, which I don’t want. I just want to rename it. I applied above instructions but failed, help please, thx Sandi
