Automated voicemail name issue on iPhone
Good morning all,
I’ve tried to use the search but am stumped on this. Trying to help my nana out with a tech issue she’s having. She’s got a brand new iPhone and I’m not up on the latest
She left a voicemail for my papa, and when he played it, the automated voice said ‘you’ve received a call phone from (her voice kicked in with a prerecorded message that was actually her voicemail password and not her name)’ then the rest of her message played.
I went through her voicemail settings and she does have an automated greeting, but it would be the incoming one (Hi you’ve reached X, sorry I couldn’t make the phone etc). Couldn’t find anything in the VM settings, or the system settings, hoping someone can point me in the right direction
