Voicemails from 2019 say unknown.

I got an iPhone 15 plus and now voicemails I kept from 2019 say “unknown” when the contact is in my phone. How do I get the contact connected to the voicemails again?

Automated voicemail name issue on iPhone Good morning all, I’ve tried to use the search but am stumped on this. Trying to help my nana out with a tech issue she’s having. Voicemail is entirely provided by your carrier. Visual Voicemail on your iPhone only shows you the messages your cellular carrier has stored. No carriers store voicemails indefinitely. When you carrier marks an old voicemail as expired, it will eventually disappear from your iPhone.
