Please how do I change my instagram notification tone back to normal (note). It just changed without my knowledge . iPhone 16 pro max

I can’t Change Apps Notifications Tone. My Instagram app has Tri-tone tone and Facebook has the same one and I can’t change it neither from the app nor the settings, I’ve seen people on YouTube pressing sounds and haptics and then defaults alerts. But I don’t have the default alerts option.iPhone X IOS 16 Please reply, so I can solve this problem. Thank you for reading this.
