I can’t Change Apps Notifications Tone.

My Instagram app has Tri-tone tone and Facebook has the same one and I can’t change it neither from the app nor the settings, I’ve seen people on YouTube pressing sounds and haptics and then defaults alerts. But I don’t have the default alerts option.iPhone X IOS 16

I don’t have either of those apps, but unless the app developer provides a way to change the notification alert it will use the system alert.
