Refund request for CapCut Pro subscription

On February 2nd, I renewed my year with CapCut Pro and was really surprised when I logged in to my account with iCloud on both MacBook, iPad, iPhone but CapCut is now Pro, I asked to buy CapCut Pro again, I asked for a refund, asked for a refund and announced that it was REFUNDED. I have been waiting tirelessly for money to return to my bank account from February 3, 2025 until now. Really disappointed with Capcut, now it comes to waiting for Apple's response to this?

That is up to your bank how long they hold the refund before posting it to your account. You can see here the expectations depending on the payment method that was used. All Apple can do is process a refund, and you can clearly see that if it was to your Apple Account it would be there in 48 hours. Apple has no control over your bank posting the refund to your account. For some banks, it is a financial decision to wait, so they can collect as much interest as possible.

  • Store credit—It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.
  • Mobile phone billing—It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.
  • Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, and all other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
