I accidentally subscribed to a subscription and I sent 2 requests to get a refund but Apple is keep saying not eligible to refund.

I accidentally subscribed to Yousician Annual subscription and I was charged by $59.99. I submitted two requests that I want to get a refund but Apple is keep saying “Not eligible for refund”. Now, I cannot submit a request to get refund. Is there any other way I can get my money back?

Sure:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support


Apple is only able to help when there was an in-app purchase, otherwise the charge has bypassed Apple. Even though a company has an app, does not mean that Apple is responsible for the transactions. No different than having the Amazon or Walmart app, where the purchases are billed to you directly from those companies without involving Apple. Any disputes or refunds would need to be resolved by them.

  • Did you use a free trial?
  • Were you directed to sign up on their website?
  • Did you accept the subscription by double clicking the side button with the amount showing on the screen, followed by verification using FaceID or Passcode? I would assume no, since you said it was accidental and performing those steps are not done accidentally. That would lead me to believe it was a website subscription.


Many apps also maintain accounts on their website and offer subscriptions there to bypass Apple managing the subscription. You can check where you subscription originated from by using they information they provide on their website:
