I accidentally subscribed to a subscription and I sent 2 requests to get a refund but Apple is keep saying not eligible to refund.
I accidentally subscribed to Yousician Annual subscription and I was charged by $59.99. I submitted two requests that I want to get a refund but Apple is keep saying “Not eligible for refund”. Now, I cannot submit a request to get refund. Is there any other way I can get my money back?
