Siri Sounds Robotic when asked certain commands

Currently my IPhone XR Siri sounds robotic when I ask to send a message or call. Though when I ask to tell me a joke, sounds like the voice i chose (Irish Voice 1 ). My phone is currently has the latest update (IOS 16.4.1 ) but it did this on the previous version.

Siri - Verbal response Since uploading iOS version 18.1.3, when I say "hey Siri", I no longer hear any verbal response such as 'mm hmm', and furthermore, there is no visual indication on my Apple CarPlay screen that Siri is listening. This is a significant issue for me, because I frequently do long trips during which I ask Siri to do certain things such as make phone calls hands-free while my iPhone is in my pocket.

My Siri is answering to other people’s voice! I say “hey siri” someone else speaks instead of me and Siri answers to their voice. This makes me nervous. I would like to know how to fix this setting. If there is no way to fix this setting, I would like to know that as well.
