turn off voice while iphone is unavailable
iPhone 11 stuck on voice mode now it Won't accept my code to unlock and has become unavailable for 8 hours

After waiting 8 hours, enter the passcode by tapping on each digit twice. Then go to Settings/Accessibility and turn off VoiceOver, remembering to tap twice anywhere you would normally tap once. Or say “Hey Siri, turn off voiceover"
