MacBook Air M3 suddenly shut down when it battery reach 30% to 40%

I'm using a MacBook Air M3. It shuts down abruptly when the battery reaches 30% to 40%. I need to charge it and turn it on with the power button. When it is awake, it shows my lock screen with a loading bar at the bottom, the battery always shows 11%, and all applications remain unchanged, as if they were frozen when the MacBook suddenly died.

I saw online that suggests resetting the SMC, since it’s an Apple M3 chip, I only need to restart it and I’ve done that, but I still encounter the same issue.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.3
