Suddenly after months of using the iPhone 12Pro, I got a message that the battery is an unknown part. what should I do?

You could message me here or mail me, as the iPhone was shut down and not accept charging.

Your battery may be failing. Get an appointment at an Apple Store for an evaluation and possible battery replacement.
