Can't update Logic Pro / overloading

My iMac is operating on Catarina 10.15.7. Currently using Log 10.5.1. Are these two compatible? (My problem is Logic is crashing/overloading during recording or playback. Or is this more a RAM issue? Thanks in advance, Rick.

iMac OS Ventura 13.4.1 fails to prepare update to 13.5.1 Attempting to update from 13.4.1 to macOS Ventura 13.5.1. Download is ok. Sonoma 14.4 update Causing Issues w/ Logic Pro Has there been an answer to when the fix for Sonoma 14.4 is coming? I use Logic Pro and all my plugins are not functioning properly since this update. I started using Rossetta and the AI in Logic will not function. It Appears that the Ilok Program is in conflict with this update. Whatever the issue is, its causing our Recording Studio a real problem! I have a Mac Studio M2 with a 4tb ssd and 96k of ram

You should raise your buffer size (1024) and freeze tracks if necessary.

I would also remove any third party plug-ins or burn them to audio.
