home app invitation failed

I want to invite my friend to my apple home to use the lights, but we got an error on iPhone of friend, the invitation is failed.

I checked this issue with an old phone, with a brand new email address. I created a new iCloud account on the old iPhone and the invitation was successfully in this case the apple home is working and the connection with 4. gen Apple TV is working, everything is ok, but I cannot share the home with my friend.

The invitation in my phone changed from pending to resident. I can remove the right from apple home but my friend didn't see the rooms and lights in the home app

What can I do ?
