I'm having trouble understanding what I need to use "Matter" automation. Some sources state that I will need a hub like a Home Pod/AppleTV, others say I don't. Communicated with the people at EVE and left just as confused as I was before.
Can someone here help me out?

That certainly does help clarify some things. Still don't know why the people at EVE tell me it's all about which IOS
you're running while Apple has certain device restrictions, no matter what OS. Maybe as accessories update some of the information will also update in a positive way (at least for me)
