All wireless connections not working + constant restarts every 3 or so minutes

Hi! so, im having this problem with my iphone 14, which is that it wouldn't connect to anything wireless. no cellular, no WiFi, no Bluetooth, nothing. I already tried resetting the network settings, but it didn't help. I cant really check for updates, because im not connected to the WiFi (obviously) and i dont know what to do. I also have this annoying problem of the device randomly restarting every 3 or so minutes for literally no reason. NOTE: This device has been opened and worked with.

I got this Phone from a friend who gave it to me opened. The Back Glass was completely missing, and the display was broken. I changed the display and ordered the back glass already. The battery is still the original one, and it has a maximum capacity of 87%

Who "opened" the phone? Was this an authorized Apple service shop? If yes, you can find them in the list of authorized service shops in your area using this link: Find Locations

And "what" did they work with?

What is the current Maximum Capacity of the battery? Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging
