Photos don’t look like the same when i captured it

While taking a photo the live preview looks way more better than a captured / clicked photos. The auto enhance, Deep Fusion etc makes my photo worse. I have applied many settings, many ways to fix this but I can’t get the same results as the live preview looks. I am facing this issue in my iPhone 14 pro max, 15 pro and also in 16 pro. In my opinion if there was any options to disable those effects / features my photos will look better. I like the skin tone and colour when i see it but when I click / capture the photo, the whole thing changes.

Here's a screenshot of my screen as I set up a picture, and the following one is the picture I took.

I thought that they looked indistinguishable when I was viewing them live, and these seem to show that-- they are what I saw while taking them. They are different--the screen was real time and has a lower resolution. You can see that the bricks are fuzzier, for instance-- but colors and such seem the same.


Can you do the same and show us what you mean?
