Unable to delete expired card, unable to "add payment method, and unable to edit (grayed out) on iPhone 11.

Glitch in updating payment method on my iPhone I just updated my iPhone 15 and keep getting a message to update my payment method. How do I change my payment method if the change payment method box is grayed out I have an I phone 13 and the credit card used for payment method has expired. When I try to change method to a different card the “add payment method “ icon on my phone is grayed out how do I correct the grayed out icon so I can add a new credit card
