connecting an iphone with ios 18.3 to itunes on a pc

Yes already have tried itunes and the music app

1) "trusted" the pc

2) updated the software

3) tried turning them off and back on again

4) tried a different cable

5) tried a different port

If your answer is one of these don't bother.
