Suspicious $141.60 Apple Pay charge via text message
from 757 615-**** saying my account was used at an apple store for $141.60 apple pay purchase. It could be phishing?

That is a notorious scam attempt that has been going around for a while, do not interact with it.
Let me guess..it says you paid with "Apple Pay Pre Authorization", which doesn't even exist.
