Mac Mini M1 and Philips 499P UltraWide Monitor

I am working off of a Mac Mini M1 and Philips 499P UltraWide Monitor with an integrated camera. My Mac constantly "forgets" my camera daily, and oftentimes mid-meeting. I lose camera functionality and my audio typically auto-transfers to my iPhone, however that hasn't been working as of late either.

When I reboot, the camera and audio are recognized, however they are "lost" between meetings, requiring another reboot, or dropped in the middle of a meeting.

This has been going on for months, and I've contacted Apple Support and gotten nowhere, even after a full iOS reinstall and multiple iOS updates.

This has severely impacted my productivity as well as my level of professionalism with my tech randomly dropping out when on client calls - how can I fix this once and for all??
