Can't search keywords in Photos app on iPhone 11 Pro Max
i did the latest update to ios18.3 for my 11pro max & i cant search for any keywords in the photos app.

The Photos.app does longer show a "keywords" group of search results in iOS 18. But when I search for a keyword I added, the photos with this keyword will be shown as the result of a text search. This way I can still search for most of the keywords I added, for example, I just found all photos with the keyword "2024_Provence". But is hopeless to search for keywords that are also a category. When I search for keywords like "Bird", "Tower", "Bridge" I am getting mixed results, including all photos with this category.
On my Mac, I can still search for keywords, preferably with a smart album.
