When I'm trying to install free apps with in-app purchases, I click Get/install but in only shows a popup with a cancel button...
With pre-paid apps it installs just fine.

OK I tried sign out of Apple account and re-login it worked. Before that I tried restart; sign out of "media and purchase" in Setting->Apple account

apple support also recommended that, and/or creating a new admin user. the second option worked for me!

Same problem. Updated OS to Sequoia and it starts to show like this. Ridiculous. Are you able to solve this?
