when trying to download the SmartDrive MX2+ App I see a greyed out “Purchased” icon so can’t download. I need help to therefore download

Purchased mean you have already purchased.

That is weird.

Unfortunately the App doesn’t appear in the App Library-this is quite a mystery as showing I have it but I can’t see it anywhere. Is there a way of deleting it and downloading again….but not sure how to delete it if can’t see it.
