CC1 not detected on Logic pro Mod wheel

Hi, 

I am using  Logic pro 10.7.9 on 2 computers and just in one of them the cc1 is not detected with the mod wheel. On the other computer it works well (same midi keyboard, same logic version, same project)

Any ideas how can I solve it?

I have downloaded the app MIDI monitor and it looks like the computer is getting the signal of the mod wheel as cc1 but inside Logic its not.
