How do I allow specific websites during downtime on iPad?

I know that you can do this if the website is connected to an app because if there are apps that I put under always allowed then during downtime, there websites are allowed, but I want to know if there was a way to do this with websites that are not connected to an app like for example accounts.google.com?

When I say “putting under,” I mean adding to the always-allowed list in Screen Time. By “during downtime,” I refer to the scheduled downtime when selected apps are blocked via Screen Time. As for “website connected to an app,” I’m not entirely sure how to explain it, but I can provide an example. For instance, consider the Google Classroom app. When I’m on the Google Classroom dashboard website, as long as the Google Classroom app is included in the always-allowed list, the Google Classroom website won’t be blocked during downtime.
