iPad Air M1 not charging (NORMALLY)

My iPad Air M1 5th gen is behaving weirdly in terms of charging. Normally it's not charging if the charger is connected. When it is force restarted while plugged in, the percentage increases extremely slowly but any kind of charging indication in the settings or in the notification isn't shown. 

But iPad is accepting storage drive via usb-c port, charging my phone if connected. I'm on latest iPadOS 18.2.1. This issue seems to appear after updating.

I've tried different charger, different outlet, cleaning the port and every other common solution available, nothing worked. Is this software related or hardware issue?
