After removing the bootcamp partition hard drive shows one partition with 65GB of storage space available (5 volumes) but running a program that indicates out of space. The 65GB space can not be accessed. What procedure will make space available?

Mac mini, macOS 12.7
1) Backup to an external drive using Time Machine, CarbonCopyCloner or SuperDuper.
2) Erase and Reformat the entire Internal Drive back to one single Partition.
3) Reinstall the macOS and Restore from a Backup during the setup.

You must use Boot Camp itself to remove a Boot Camp partition. When you do this, the drive partition map is rebuilt showing the freed storage. Not doing this results in the need to reformat the entire drive to free the storage and rebuild the partition map.
