Hi All,

I deleted my bootcamp partition however, I am unable to recover that space. Below is the result from diskutil. Could you please help me to recover the 122GB partition?

You should only use Boot Camp Assistant to remove the BOOTCAMP partition. You'll have to back up your Mac with Time Machine, then erase it and restore from the backup.

  1. Back up your Mac with Time Machine - Apple Support
  2. Use Disk Utility to erase an Intel-based Mac - Apple Support
  3. Restore your Mac from a backup - Apple Support

im in the same boat but ive just figured it out. ur going to want to go to disk utility, and it should have a bootcamp section. hit partition at the top, be sure ur selecting bootcamp in the piechart thing, and hit the minus button at the bottom of the window. press it. then press apply, and it should delete the bootcamp partition and add the space back to ur normal disk!!!

the image below is an image after i had deleted bootcamp. completely fixed!!
