Cannot set custom ringtone as default on iPhone 11
upload custom ringtone I see and play on ringtone listing, just cannot set as default

Can you see the ringtone in the list when you go to Settings>Sounds & Haptics? When you set the Ringtone there, that is the default ringtone. What happens when you try?
