How can I fix my iPhone not responding during setup?

When I turn the phone on and try swipe up to type my password it instantly goes back to the Lock Screen and if I try turn off the phone it instantly goes back to the Lock Screen I can’t do anything on it I just got the phone and was setting it up for the first time

iPhone 16 Pro stuck on Hello screen during setup I just got a new iPhone 16 pro and I was setting it up and the iOS was updating. When updating, it was stuck at the end, I turned it off, and now it is stuck on the hello screen. When I swipe up, the password screen will show for less then a second then go back. When I try to hard restart it, it does the same thing. I am wondering what I can do to fix this. Do I need to just leave it? Do I need to let it die and then try charging it?
