Is there a way to disable SOS on iPhone 13?

I cannot remove the SOS from my Apple 13. I have tried turning it off/on, no help. I tried turning it on/off airplane mode, then turning it off/on, still nothing. Up until now it has worked fine. My husband’s Apple 15 is working perfectly fine
