iPhone screen time increases automatically without using the app

My screentime is continuously increasing for whatsapp without even opening the app, I even turned off background activity but screen time is still increasing

I have already tried switching off the mobile too

Also how to see historical data

You can share your Screen Time settings and reports across all your devices where you're signed in to the same Apple Account.

Go to Settings > Screen Time.
Scroll down, then turn on Share Across Devices.
