iPhone 13 Pro Max users unable to update to 17.7.2

I have the same issue! Also from the US. I have a 13 Pro max and only 18 update is available to me but I am interested in 17.7.2

i am unable to find help with this! Anyone find a solution?

There is no solution, Apple stopped offering iOS 17.X and is now only offering 18.2.1.
