When I plug my phone up to a 5v charger it wants to constantly restart but it’s fine with a 20v is this a problem or should I just use my fast charger

To answer all the questions it is Volts and I have tried multiple different 5v boxes and battery percentage does not change a thing. The only thing that works is a 20v fast charger but Im worried that could cause complications like heat battery failure or possibly fire.
How low is the battery charge when your iPhone restarts?
5v....or 5W? 20v....or 20W?
Is your iPhone battery at 50%, 20%, 1% or what exactly? Do you always recharge using same hardware and same wall outlet?
