The buttons for fast forward and reverse are missing most of the time. Sometimes they show up most of the time they do not. I have reported this hundreds of time but of course no one does anything. Is there a fox for this please? I tried other people’s fixes from the forum. Do not work.

The YouTube app on Apple TV is created and maintained by YouTube/Google developers. They create how their app behaves, and what features are available within this app. It is up to them to fix any issues with that app.
