After update, when on iPhone 16 pro max I try to move the menu on the left. It gets stuck on a black screen and after a few seconds it goes to the lock screen. Is there any solution? I don't have problems on iPad. I tried hard reset . etc. nothing helps.

unfortunately nothing helps. I even restored factory settings and restored the phone from backup. left menu still stuck on and go to Lock Screen

Being Stuck in a Boot Loop:
