What is causing iCloud storage to show zero message conversations?

In iCloud storage , it reads 307.3 KB . When I tap it , top conversations

= zero ? I checked my Mac Messages settings and they're okay .

I found an iMessage plug in containing 4 or 5 extensions .

This is the first time that it's ever happened .

Does it have something to do with the extensions or is it something else ?

I have seen this when the messages on my devices were empty .

iPad (9th generation) v 18.2

The GB's used appears to have not changed .
