iCloud message storage is way to high

I’ve recently noticed my iCloud message storage is at 6.31GB however there are no messages in the messages app. I delete all my messages when I’m done with the conversation. The messages have also been deleted out of recently deleted from all my devices signed into my iCloud account.

I have talked to every level of support including executive relations however no one seems to know how to fix this. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
