I just updated my phone to iOS 18.2.1 and went to turn on Siri since I had been on iOS 18.0 since its release. When I pressed on the Siri category I saw that the talk to Siri option was blocked and I couldn’t interact with it, it was disabled and I don’t know how to turn it on. Someone help please

Sorry, it appeared that you were looking elsewhere. Let's confirm what version of iOS your iPhone is running and what country you're in. You say it's on iOS 18, but your screen shot doesn't match that, at least not what I see on my iPhone.

I just noticed that you have an iPhone 11, so that will indeed be different from what I see on my iPhone since yours doesn't support Apple Intelligence. Apologies for the inapplicable questions. Things are so different on my iPhone that I'm going to leave this to someone who still has access to an earlier device so that they can give you accurate suggestions.

In Apple Intelligence & Siri -> Talk & Type to Siri, is it set to either option other than "off"?

I’m having the same problem. And until I can enable Siri, CarPlay won’t work.
