Apple Music Windows app 'Add music to your library' screen issue

When clicking any of the sections beneath Library, the application shows a "Add music to your library screen". When accessing my profile, clicking on any playlist that is publicly visible on my profile while in the Windows app causes it to show the screen "An unknown error occured". On my iPhone, I have multiple albums and playlists in my library, but none of these show up in any of the "Library" sections in the Apple Music Windows app


Things I've checked:

  • Logged in with the same account on my Apple Music iPhone app and the Apple Music app on my Windows computer
  • Have content in my library
  • The computer is authorised
