How do I restore unavailable capabilities in my Image Playground app

My Image Playgrounds is still showing the message that ' certain capabilites are unavalibale at the moment'. It is not even letting me use the apllication, i have tried various methods. Pls help me

Can not access #images while in downtime I can’t access #images while my screen is on downtime and I tried to edit the always allowed apps and it still didn’t work. Any idea how to work around that? for further information: I have never been able to access #images while I’m in downtime. I have to turn off downtime to be able to use it. I am up to date on the latest software iOS 15.6.1.

iPadOS 17 Lock Screen won’t allow customisation “Failed to load assets” On trying to customise my iPad Lock Screen currently with a photo background, using iPad OS 17, I get an error message of “failed to load assets”. Pressing OK, stops the ability to use the edit functions to add a widget etc.
