I cannot download any offloaded apps due to balance due for subscription

I don’t know how or why but a subscription was approved on my account without payment and is now trying to charge me $71.99 everyday for that subscription and I cannot download any other apps due to this balance owed. I don’t even want the subscription but there’s no option to cancel it because it hasn’t been paid for. Or keeps saying verification required…so i put in my password and then it takes me to my payment options for my iCloud account. Please help. What can I do?

You need to tap Continue.

Tap Continue and sign in to view your billing information.

To verify / view your payment information -> Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details -> https://appleid.apple.com                                                     

On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.


Or -> Change, add or remove Apple ID payment methods

Add a payment method to your Apple ID – Apple Support (UK)

  • If you want to change your card, add first the new card, then remove the old one.
  • or if you use your Apple ID balance, set your Apple ID balance as your default payment.
