mac how to add or change something on my original windows c drive

I recently moved to mac. How to add or change something on my original windows c drive? I want to add LUTs to photoshop. I can see Michaels Drive. Any help would be much appreciated.

Unable to install and run Adobe Creative Cloud and apps after migrating to an M3 machine Just got a new MBP with the M3 Pro chip. I migrated everything over using Migration Assistant, except my Lightroom files. I spent a few hours setting up the new machine, and then realized Lightroom was crashing and I couldn't open the Creative Cloud app without it crashing. I chatted with Adobe support for close to two hours and they insist their product is compatible with M3 chips, but also repeatedly asked me to disable my anti-virus programs (I don't have any running) and insisted on remoting into my machine "to have a look around" (no thanks, and I can't do this anyway due to some contract work). I posted in the Adobe support community asking for help, and so far the only option seems to be completely wiping the new MacBook Pro and redoing the migration, with the Adobe apps deleted off the old machine. This feels like a nuclear option, and one I really don't want to go through unless it's the only way I can continue to use Adobe apps on this new machine. I'm curious if anyone else has had this issue and resolved it otherwise? FWIW, there's an option to run an Adobe Cleaner that will delete all Adobe files off a machine, but it requires installing Rosetta to run. I'm not sure how much HD space this will eat up, or if once installed I can delete it.

I want to get Photoshop Essentials for my Mac Catalina but can't figure out what version is compatible and how to get it. I just bought this older computer with OS Catalina 10.15.7. All my data was transferred from my old IMAC that crashed, but Photoshop. I need to find out how to obtain Photoshop either Essentials or and older version of CC that is compatible with Catalina. Please advise how to do this. Thank you!

External Hard Drive being recognized by MacBook Retina Mid-2012 with Catalina 10.15.7 I want to move my Photos file from my mid-2012 MacBook Pro to an external hard drive. I understand there are issues with External Hard Drives being recognized.
