First, you're not communicating with Apple when you post in the Community. Apple support or customer services representatives do not participate in these forums. We're all just fellow users, helping out as we have time and knowledge to share. 


As to your issue, if you refund was denied, then there is nothing further you can do. Just as with any return to any company, sometimes a return and refund can be granted but not always, and in this case, for reasons none of us here can know, Apple has determined that a refund is not possible and they have no appeals process. Sorry, but you'll have to just accept that and move on.
